Ball Mills, although one of the oldest forms of grinding machines, still forms the most significant class of equipment used today in the field of particle size reduction. As a result of their slow rotational speeds, simplicity of design and rugged construction, they have no equal for the grinding of hard and abrasive materials particularly where continuity of service and low maintenance cost are the criteria. Ball mills offer extreme reliability and long life.

Ball Mills are available in 3 types namely,
Simplex (single compartment),
Duplex (two compartment),
Triplex (three compartment).

Mills are also supplied with closed circuit employed with classifier system.
Vertical Shaft Kiln

Limestone and clay are the main ingredients employed in the manufacture of Portland Cement. These materials are suitably reduced in size and then ground to fine powder This powder is pneumatically homogenized and fed into a kiln to burn the at around 1450 Deg C. The product from Vertical kiln is known as Clinker.

There are two type of kilns employed for producing clinker; Rotary kln and Vertical kiln. While rotary kiln is employed for large scale production of clinker, the vertical kiln is used for small scale production of clinker.

Good quality limestone with other additives ensures quality production of clinker. Clinker produced in Vertical kiln the has been found to be of excellent quality for producing Portland Cement, Pozzolona Portland Cement and Portland Slag Cement by grinding along with a small quantity of gypsum and other admistures.

Vertical Kiln consists of a round, vertical pipe lined with refractory bricks. A feed arrangemnt at top feeds nodulized raw meal into the kiln at a uniform rate. Burned clinker is extracted at the bottom through a slowly rotating conical grate, which also distributes combustion air into the kiln.

The output (clinker) passes through a gate which do not allow false air entry into the kiln.

The temperature of the clinker discharged varies between 80 to 90 Deg C and conveyed to a storage yard.
VSK Gear Box

Gearboxes are specially designed for kiln operation. This is a heavily built equipment consisting of set of hardened gears (input and output gears) fitted to the shaft. The main shaft is connected to the king shaft of the kiln and the gear box runs at a very low rpm and makes the kiln to run at a slow speped. The main gear box will be operated with the help of drive unit (primary gear box and motor)
Classifier

MOVERS (INDIA)'s Mechanical classifier (also called as air separator) is a dispersion type separator widely used in cement and allied industries for separation of fine particles from coarse powders. This kind of separator employs a distribution plate to disperse feed material in to the air stream passing through the separating space. There are two fans fixed in a single axis. The top one is a radial type while the bottom one, above the distribution plate, is an auxiliary fan with adjustable blade angle. The radial fan crates within the Classifier a circulating air stream, which helps to separate fines from the coarse material.

The classifier is exclusively designed for classification of coarse and fine material. The classifier is incorporated in Ball Mill Circuit for efficient classification

Double Roller Crusher

This crusher is designed for crushing materials with less fineness minerals like coal, iron ore, clinker and other raw materials (for size reduction from 100mm to 10mm). This equipment has 2 rollers made out of Mn. Steel supported by MS body and has two individual drive motors. By adjusting the roller gap, one can achieve better results in crushing different materials.

Reversible Impactor

Movers (India) crushers are used as secondary crushers for size reduction of materials from 50mm to 10mm. The crusher has a set of swing hammers mounted on to the rotor supported by anti-friction bearings. The inside body is lined with Mn. Steel while outer body is MS fabricated. Due to the impact of swing hammers, the lumpy material will be crushed into smaller sizes and discharged at the bottom of the crusher.

Rotary Kiln

Rotary kiln is a rotating cylindrical vessel which is used for drying, calcination and sintering in a continuous process with the use of hot gases. The hot gases may be generated in an external furnace or by a flame inside the kiln. Our cement rotary kiln has been developed for performing drying, calcination and sintering work in a continuous process. Widely used for cement, pet coke calcination and other materials, using hot gas for this operation. Integrated with variable speed drive, process automation and instrumentation, our kiln ensures optimum operational control. Our rotary kiln is designed with inlet and outlet sealing to ensure minimum false air entry.
