Cement is typically made from limestone and clay or shale. These raw materials are extracted from the quarry, crushed to a very find powder and then blended in the correct proportions. Cement is produced by using following technologies.

For smaller capacities, Vertical Shaft kiln is suitable, where we offer a range from 50TPD and 600TPD.

Clinker is typically made by grinding limestone with clay and other additives. To procude cement, we grind clinker along with gysum/slag/flyash.

For grinding units, we offer a range from 50TPD upto 1000TPD.

MOVERS Gasifier Systems converts wood chips and other solid fuels into a combustible gas mixture, called producer gas or syngas.

This gas can be used to replace expensive and scarce fossil fuels for various thermal applications including IC engines to generate power.
